G.N.F. part 1

I have been asked several times over the past couple months, why I post stories about the Iraqi Army and police on my “Good News Friday” posts.  The answer is really quite simple. When the Iraqi Army and Police show that they are capable of controlling terrorist on their own, our Troops will be able to redeploy out of the area.

And that would be FANTASTIC NEWS!

This picture is not exactly ‘good news,’ but I love the title!!!

Pretty funny seeing our guys armed with any thing but the usual M-16. (or do they carry the M-4? ) I am clueless, but know their weapons usually pack a bit more kick than the assault swatter.

… andhugs to the Mrs. Dr. Bulldog. 🙂
