I would like to add: We too stand proudly behind the men and women of the United States Armed Forces. We will not sit quietly by and allow the loud and misguided to slander their names.
Thanks to the power of the Internet we are able to see the truth. We are not led by the voices of those, such as the Berkeley City Council, who choose to spread ill will.
We are proud of those who fight for us and in turn, we will fight for you on the home front.

What hit me the hardest was listening to the councilman, who served in the Military previously, slander the troops.

In the early 1960’s I sold ‘Berkeley Barbs’ for a quarter a paper on street corners of Haight-Ashbury, and made enough profit to eat. I was young, stupid and yet I never got caught up in the hate the USofA mentality. Just because I loved the hippy life, did not mean I hated my country. I love America, and am getting sick and tired of California, and Berkeley in particular. I am going to google Berkeley California enough to find out all of the businesses, manufacturers or big corparations that do business there. It is time to fight these scumbags….and it won’t even require sweat, let alone bullets or blood. These scumbags are wusses, perverts and criminals. ‘Nuf said.
Maybe Berkeley California could ask to get out of the USofA….
