Have you ever wanted to throw a rock thru a picture window, shattering the glass into a million tiny shards, just to hear the glass tinkling on the concrete? Or perhaps sword fight with 8′ fluorescent light bulbs? Maybe blow up an ant hill with fire crackers? Or even smashing up a car in the Demolition Derby?
Is it just me… Does anyone else have these cravings… Is it a sickness?
Thankfully I am able to curb my destructive itch by popping bubble wrap and smashing Dr. Pepper cans for recycling.
Pvt. Michael Watson is one of the lucky ones who has the privilege of making things go BOOM at a much higher lever.

The Anderson High School graduate specializes in safely detonating improvised explosive devices. (U.S. Army photo by Pfc. Nathaniel Smith, 4th IBCT, 1st Inf. Div. Public Affairs)
(I wonder if anyone has ever considered making exploding golf balls? Not enough BOOM to hurt anyone… just enough to wake a person up in the morning. Maybe one in every box of twelve…)
You don’t even want to hear about my fascination with fire!
